More About Anne

My personal health challenges sparked a deep interest in wellness and nutrition, ultimately guiding me toward a purposeful career in the health field. These challenges began in my 30’s as I struggled with stress, anxiety, and a chronic heart condition. As a result, I chose to pursue education in functional medicine and holistic health and began to work on making targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes to support my wellbeing. Over the years I have obtained the following credentials.

  • ReCODE 2.0 Certified Health Coach (Bredesen Protocol)

  • Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach

  • Certified Nutritionist

  • Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation)

  • Certified HeartMath Coach

  • Trained Enneagram Coach

  • Certified MoCA Rater

I spent over five years as a clinical nutritionist in several physicians’ offices, working alongside each clinic’s physician to help patients improve their health. I then transitioned into corporate health and wellness coaching, joining a large hospital system as a Health and Wellness Coach. Over nine years, I supported medical professionals, executives, and staff through one-on-one and group coaching, while also developing coaching programs in the following areas:

  • Mindfulness and meditation

  • Reducing stress using HeartMath

  • Self Care strategies

  • Sleep hygiene

  • Weight management

  • Understanding the Enneagram

  • Healthy aging through Blue Zones

One of my proudest accomplishments has been overcoming anxiety and learning to manage stress. By practicing mindfulness, meditation, and self-care I was able to overcome my chronic heart condition as well as negative thought patterns and self-limiting beliefs. My passion for cognitive health became deeply personal after losing my mother to Alzheimer’s. I saw the profound impact this disease has, not just on those diagnosed but on entire families. When I found out that I carried one copy of the ApoE4 gene, I began researching brain health and discovered Dr Dale Bredesen’s work, where I learned that cognitive decline and Alzheimer’s can be prevented or even reversed.

I made it my priority to optimize my brain and body health, and it is my mission to help others do the same by empowering you with tools, knowledge, and guidance to improve your health and quality of life. With my training and experience, I am confident in my ability to support you on your wellness journey and to help you thrive and feel your best—in both body and mind.

Outside of work, I enjoy having meaningful conversations with family and friends, hiking in the mountains of Colorado, beach vacations, music, nurturing my spirituality, and spending relaxing time in nature. I'm grateful for my family and the other strong relationships in my life and for being able to find meaning, joy, and purpose through my work as a coach.

My Coaching Approach

As a coach, I help clients tap into their own inner wisdom and approach lifestyle changes as small, personal experiments. I believe the body can heal when supported with the right tools, so we work together to set meaningful goals in areas like nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress. This gentle, exploratory approach makes change feel manageable—and as clients experience the benefits, lasting habits naturally take root. Along the way, we celebrate every win.

Why work with me as your Coach?

  • I offer a supportive, respectful space free of judgment.

  • I trust in your creativity and inner strength to make meaningful changes that support your wellbeing.

  • I’ll invite you to take a curious, experimental approach—like a scientist—trying new strategies, observing the outcomes, and keeping what works.

  • I’ll help you tune into your own inner wisdom as you explore what truly supports your health.

  • We’ll share laughter and find lightness in the journey.

  • And we’ll celebrate every step forward—big or small!
